About Broadfields United
Broadfields United were founded in 1993 and began life in the Southern Olympian League, winning the Division Four championship in 1994/95. Nicknamed ‘The Fighting Cocks’, the club then moved to the Middlesex County League, taking the Senior Division title in 1996/97 to earn promotion to the Premier Division. During a long stay in Middlesex football they collected several trophies, including the Alec Smith Premier Division Cup (2011/12 and 2012/13) and the Middlesex Premier Cup (2016/17 and 2017/18), later adding Middlesex Charity Cup wins in 2022/23 and 2024/25.
The club progressed up the pyramid, joining the Spartan South Midlands League in 2014/15 and then the Combined Counties League in 2021/22, having also won the Spartan South Midlands Challenge Trophy in 2017/18. A runners-up finish in Division One in 2018/19 earned promotion to the Premier Division. Broadfields United play at the Tithe Farm Sports & Social Club on Rayners Lane. Having finished fourth of 20 in 2025/26, they continue in the Combined Counties League Premier Division North, Step 5 of the English non-league system for 2026/27.
